Membership

Members of GAIN, also referred to as Business Angels, will comprise of high net worth Individuals with business leadership experience. A proven track record of creating successful ventures with best practices will be a requirement for membership. GAIN members will invest their individual resources (money and time) in order to assist with the development of new businesses. Although membership is typically open to individuals, corporate bodies may subscribe or receive invitations for membership.

A one-time commitment to invest a minimum of GH¢10,000 is required for individuals and GH¢50,000 for institutional members. However, Angels are free to invest in excess of this amount during the first year or in subsequent years. In addition to making a commitment to invest, an annual subscription will be required.

GAIN reserves the right to approve membership applications in accordance with its guidelines.
